I agree with Sandy, a pair of regular cotton underwear overtop, and snug fitting, will greatly assist with keeping it close, and give you much needed support. I have tried both the Depend's and the Tena for Men, and without something overtop, they both sags miserably. Compression shorts of some type will help, Puffy

I have tried to wear brief style underwear over them but the always get soaked especially around the leg guard area. Not sure why so I have stopped and just wear shorts or jeans over the pull up, and the pull ups seem to to so much more expensive then the "brief style"(especially the molicare (which I have been told are better are the skin but haven't tried yet) and I get them over(with free delivery) the net at
