While I agree it was extreme what the TSA did to the 95 yr old lady with cancer, I disagree with puddleguy in profiling. Terrorists are using women and children to conceal IEDs. Not to mention not all extremists are of middle eastern decent.

With the amount of incontinent folks in the world now being as high as it is, you would think the TSA would be able to tell a soiled diaper from a chemical weapon though.

You would be surprised but alot of British citizens are involved in this. The terrorist that did the London bombings and also the failed London bombings were British passport holders. The attmpted Scotish bomers were actually educated doctors also holding British passports.

Ethnic origin not disclosed but google can help in seconds.

As stated above, I know whilst I was serving, in Iraq there was a suicide bomber who was unfortunately very sucessfull and the reason being it was a woman wearing a Burkha stood on the edge of the road looking like she was going to cross the road holding the hand of her three young children. She blew her and her family up and many soldiers in a convoy.

This is why we need to get our fighting men and women out of the ME. You can't win against guerrilla troops fighting with the support of the local populace, you also can't win against fanatics. Traditional armies aren't built to fight those kinds of threats. You waste thousands of lives and in the end accomplish relatively little... any student of military history can tell you that.

It's how Robin Hood beat the Sheriff, it's how an upstart band of American militia routed the Redcoats, it's why Truman decided to nuke Japan, it's why we lost Vietnam, it's why the Russians lost Afghanistan and why we are losing now.

Could we please end this discussion??? I am medically retired Marine Sergeant with experience in the global war on terror and also a Historian. This is starting to get to me. We have a major political discussion going on here that could offend some people and it no longer has anything to do with incontinence.

I have to agree this has strayed way OFF TOPIC and rightly belongs on a political forum.....

We do need to keep this an incontinence forum.....thank you very much!

Don , Joe, everyone, When I read a topic that strays off from what I am interested in I stop reading it. Censorship just isn't my thing! Do the words incontinence and diapers have to appear before a topic or reply is accepted? We are people - a good mix I would say - and being that we sometimes get caught up in political or other talk. I was a combat Marine in Vietnam, I was blown up twice shot at ambushed lost friends etc. We fought for the right to speak openly and freely. Do not stomp on what so many have suffered and died for - just stop reading the topics that offend you. Semper Fi, Papa

Joe, Don and Papa are correct. It's very easy to get off topic when you want to add just a little bit to the "off subject" matter. Let's just stick to the problems of flying and incontinence.

Papa, there are alot of other forums out there that are set up for a persons political views. I read this forum to help me understand and cope with my incontinence not to read about someones political mind set. Please do that some where else.
