I vote for the PUL as well. I always use a cloth lined PUL pant so any leaks can be absorbed by the cloth. Or you can wear a lightweight cloth pullon diaper over the disposable, with a PUL pant over that. Here is a link to a cloth lined plastic pant you could try: https://www.llmedico.com/gary-pull-on-f ... tic-pants/ Hope this helps. It's very important that you don't get out of bed. I find I sleep so much better not having to get up multiple times at night and not have to worry about leaks.

Go with PUL pants first. However, when concerned about bowel accidents when away from home, you might consider vinyl or rubber pants due to their better odor control. No material will completely hide bowel odor, but vinyl or rubber will help greatly and give you time to move away from people.

Old-fashioned rubber pants (real rubber) offer the advantage of elasticity and thus possibly a better fit than vinyl pants. When hand washed and air dried they last for a long time. :D I am bowel incontinent and wear rubber pants frequently.

Vinyl will tend to crack after washings with soap. I find that my rubber pants last longer than my vinyl pants.
