When I do use a flow-thru booster I use the Northshore size small, which is 4" wide. I find they fit nicely between all leak guards with just a bit of space on each side, which is perfect. The mediums are 5' wide and the larges 5.75" wide and I have found they can interfere with the leak guards on some of my diapers and pull-ups.
