Just remember, we have ALL gone through exactly this sort of problem. We did say finding the right combination is full of lots of trial and error- with emphasis on the error part.

"Amen" to what Brian said about the need for trial and error. The willingness to experiment and to suffer the consequences of failure and keep on going are a characteristic of a being survivor for anyone with incontinence. I am still experimenting and finding new things and better ways to do things. You are doing great. Don't let it get you down. If it does, just vent!
