Hey just eh

Hope you are doing well and you will get through this. I was only about 24 when I started having urinary issues followinf my crash. While it is still nerve-wracking at times to see a doctor or others about it, it get slightly easier. It is more of a personal mental hurdle of self acceptance. At times i am still reluctant to reveal or discuss urinary and leakage issued with docs still.
