agree there is alot of trash on TV now a days and I doubt people will stop watching it so it will continue to be shown. As for jokes and stuff, I never even thought about it until I started having accidents. Now I am more attentive to those kind of jokes, but for the most part it is someone trying to be funny when they really are not. I say the one thing that embarrasses me the most is when I am out with my wife and I have to get my stuff out of the trunk to change.

I feel a bit like wheels really. Have just got back from my 6 monthly urology appointment and I was the only one in the waiting room who was sat in a wheel chair. My leg bag release valve was clearly visible through my trousers ( sorry pants to you guys in the US ) and it doesn't bother me because like wheels said if people ever thought they would know that there would be a good chance someone in a chair would have water works problems. That said I try to put myself in the mind of someone who was fit and healthy and there only problem was incontinence. If that was me I think I would do everything to hide the fact I was incontinent and would probably feel more hurt by stuff that goes on in the media etc. There really isn't anything funny about being incontinent but also its not great being in a wheel chair either. That being the case I have said today to the urologist that out of all the operations and procedures I have had done the most positive one is having the foley cath and leg bag. The second most positive thing being my quickie wheel chair.
I don't know why I have said all this as its a bit off the topic fist started so sorry about that.

If I don't post again this year hope every one has a great Christmas and new year.

4 Wheeldave.
