I know that I am not the only one that worries about running out. Last week Xp-Medical was out of Dry 24/7's in large and I was freaking out. Mind you I have three bags and as I only need them at night I have quite a bit. I also keep some molicare supper plus, a few packs of abena pulls up, and abena and molicare pad and pant combos... All in all I have most of a closet and part of my dresser bed full so... But I still freak out when I see that backstock sign... Luck Dry 24/7's in large are now back in stock so I can stop freaking out.

I have to admit I to worry when my supply runs low, I have 2 storage units from Ikea just for my diaper supply. and I try to keep a 30 day supply on hand as a buffer incase stock or house hold budget becomes an issue.

Running out of diapers is not an option.

Yep, I usually keep a good stock pile, but when XP Med runs out of Dry 24/7's in my size, that is a problem. :( Fortunately, Amazon still had some Dry 24/7's in their own warehouse - I got just enough to last until Gary restocked.

Same here. I always keep at least one bag of diapers I try to never use (though I do rotate it out).

When you need diapers, you also need to keep an emergency supply stocked too.

I have a case of what I'm using now and a backup case. I know all too well the issues of running out and then being screwed. (If you can find my posts from when this all started you'll see this happened to me twice). Never again.

Like many people here I keep an extra case on hand, in addition to what I expect to use in a given month. I also utilize the auto ship program that NorthShore offers so I don't have to worry about forgetting to order.

Same here, I have been able to keep a spare 30 day supply in case there are issues also.

Yep, anybody who wears diapers, should understand the need to be vigilant about their diaper stock. I know I'm watching my supply constantly and ordering way before I think I need to, ensuring that I don't run too low. Recently I was down to 10-12 diapers which is really cutting it close, I had a few "off brand" "leftovers" to get me by, but the company I use has super fast shipping and the stuff was here within 2-3 days, so no worries!!

Man, I normally keep just one bag as my emergency stock. That's enough to last me about 5-6 days, though I always order more before, or when, I get down to two bags left. You guys have me thinking this might not be enough after all. My only problem is I have limited storage space for my diapers. I guess I'll have to see about making more room.

B Brian.. I knew you live in FL but never saw that you were in Jax, I am just in St. Aug so you are close to my emergence supply place. Preston Home Medical supplies at 6022 Atlantic Blvd sells Molicare super plus in their store so I always have a bag or two of them on hand... yea there purple but I don't give a rats butt as long as my bed stays dry. That is the place that I said that the ladys that work there almost know me by name.
