Sandy, you are fortumate to have friends who are able to share your problem. Not that this problem is good for anyone but I have read some of your old posts and I can't imagine how much support they get from your experience. I feel sorry for your one friend with an unsupportive husband. This is something noone can control and at this point I think I would be very angry if I had that experience because with this you have to go through too much hassle and the emotional part weighs heavier than the physical. Paul, there is a guy who keeps sending me messages and I suggested maybe as a man you could help him. He just seems to be struggling through emabrrassment and may not be comfortable posting on the board.

LtsofQues,
Thank you for the kind words about Sandy. She has been a great help to her friends and many people on this board. I hope she keeps it up.
As far as your friend who sends you messages about his problems. He can view all of our comments without being a member. He could find some answers, perhaps, to some questions he may have. If he has a specific question that he hasn't seen asked in this forum, he really should consider becoming a member and ask some questions. With our user names, no one will know who he is and no one will be able to contact him if he doesn't post his e-mail address in the profile. He can be as vague as he wants in the profile too. I hope he'll consider joining our forum. I believe we have helped a lot of people out. Again, LtsofQues, thanks for your help, too! ..............Paul Martin

Thank you so much for the kind words that's very sweet of you LtsoQues
I guess until recently I never really thought much about the fact that I was blessing these women and others here I just thought of it being more of giving my two cents and some change on this board and also befriending some one who needed a friend(Jane and my Young Friend) Funny of all the people I have meet in the last few years. the two that have become my closes friends are both only in their 20's My friends that are my age I hardly see any more?

Anyway Sorry for being gone this last month but my husbands shop has been booming. Even I've been out there turning wrenches among other things. My nails haven't been clean in weeks along with my hands I could scrub with an sos pad and I still couldn't get them clean  My young friend said we should go and get our hair done this weekend along with our nails and a few other things. I had to kind of laugh at that thought but ya know I just might take her up on that :D .........Sandy :)

Good to see ya back, Sandy.
Hey, is your advise on automotive questions as good as your answers on incontinence? I've had this noise from my truck's rear end and ,,,,,,,(just kidding!). Don't stay away so long this time! ..........Paul Martin

Sandy, I nice manicure and hairdo will always make you feel good. I have bad news. I have a very bad uti and am on antibiotics which apparently weren't working. I'm at home because I've been leaking nonstop with very little chance of reaching the toilet on time. I was so scared because last night there was quite a bit of blood in my urine. I went to the health food store and they suggested a powder called d-mannose and crannberry juice. So far the bleeding seems to have stopped. I have to go back to work tommorrow so who knows how that will go.

Sorry Paul I can't help you much with your rear end Try turning up the stereo  I guess maybe I never talked about my husband shop. It's a marine type shop. We work on motorboats mainly. including I/O's inboards tons of outboards. Mainly gas engines. We never slow down even in the winter our guys work 25-35 hours a week when we get slow. in the winter we sell stuff on the Internet or maybe I should say I do :) But we took in several major over hauls this winter. As I look out the window from my office here in the house there's four really cool looking cigarettes in front of the shop right now They're all in to have over hauls done on them. We were really blessed to have hired a mechanic a couple of years ago that was experienced in working on the high performance stuff. So that has really opened up our business for us. I really never got that excited about working on engines until my husband started teaching me about it. I still don't know allot of the terms and names of what is what in allot of cases. The guys were pretty excited to have one of those cigarettes come in sporting a pair of "Hawks" in it. Somehow I don't think it's a bird  I mainly work on the smaller 2 cycle outboard fishing motors. In away I kind of like it. But often times I'd rather be here in the house talking to you guys and gals. But at the same time the guys in the shop do treat me rather well there always looking after me  Not sure if it because I'm a woman or the bosses wife :?: maybe both
..................Sandy :)

Another night and I can't sleep?

Hi Paul
We are about 2 hours from Lake Michigan. That's were the cigarettes came from. But we have many smaller lakes and rivers in our area including several big reservoirs within about an hour of us. ...........................Sandy

Hi Sandy,
I know what you mean... I worked for years in the marine industry... mainly sailboats, just north of Detroit MI. I was a body man for boats, and changed careers when I began to react to the fibreglass and the chemicals. Our busy time was the winter and slow time the summer.
