I'm new to incontinence , about 6weeks (I'll write more about that later). I have urge incontinence. My doctor is wanting to place me on myrbetriq. Does anyone have any experience with this medication.

Hello MightyChipmunk, welcome to the Forum! I also suffer with Urge problems, but have been hesitant to try any meds with all the side effects they have, many are worse then the issue you are trying to treat, but not always. There are many on here that have tried them, but I had not heard of this one so I looked it up, seems like it doesn't have the dry mouth effects many conplain about with some others. Hopefully some members here that have or are currently on it can give you some feedback as to its effects or drawbacks, good and bad. I cant give a whole lot of input and a long term opinion but I can say My uro was very excited for me to try it and i did notice a positive change but was unable to continue taking it because it cause a flare up Of IC pain for me. I started and stopped t three times with the same result. Again,for long term side effects, I don't know. Good luck.
