If you had the chance for a do over in dealing with your incontinence issues when it first became a problem what would you do differently?
I personally would have tried biofeedback therapy. If that didn't work in a year I would have accepted diapers early on and saved myself years of stress and thousands of bathroom visits.

My problems started over 30 years ago in a country far, far away - the UK. The things we had for dealing with incontinence were pretty basic - sheaths and bags for men and no much else apart from catheters which the medics, quite rightly, did no want to deploy.

The ways of dealing with incontinence and the understanding we now have means that we deal with things rather better no - especially as the supra-pubic catheter has been shown to be safe and effective. the comparison with 30 years shows the progress we have made.
