I just noticed an issue with the redirect from the address of the old phpbb2 forum to this one. I had the address of the old in my bookmarks --
http://www.incontinentsupport.org/phpBB2/index.php -- and I clicked it to see the redirect page.
The link on that page directs the browser to
http://www.incontinentsupport.org/phpBB2/phpBB3/, not the real incontinentsupport.org/phpBB3/ . It is adding "phpBB3" onto the back of the phpBB2 address. Click it again and it adds a second "phpBB3", like this:
http://www.incontinentsupport.org/phpBB2/index.php V
http://www.incontinentsupport.org/phpBB2/phpBB3/ V
http://www.incontinentsupport.org/phpBB2/phpBB3/phpBB3/ V
...etc.
I'm thinking that many members who have the address of the forum in their bookmarks are hitting the redirect page and not being able to get past it. They need to manually correct /phpBB2 to /phpBB3 to get past the link to the working forum. An easy fix would be to change the link of the address of the /phpBB3 to plain text and let people copy it into their browser.
I want to thank the Admin for giving us this great resource! I don't always log in, but I often drop in and browse around, and find encouragement here. Thank you so much for your work.

I noticed the same thing, so I did a Google search using the search words "Incontinence Support" it directed me to the new forum with no problem.
The only thing that I found so far that I don't like is once I go to a page such as this "reply box" as I will call it, getting back to the index page of topics is not easy. If there is an easy way to return to the index page I've not found it. I've been doing a total exit by leaving the website and returning. I think of the index topic page like it was the home page. I know it's not called that, but that is the page that everyone reads before you decide where to go next. Anyway, returning to that page from here is not user friendly,.....at least to me its not, but I'm still getting use to the new format.

I am able to locate the board by typing in the URL
www.incontinentsupport.org. Thats takes me right to the page, no problem. I have, however, noticed that we have fewer guests viewing the page. When I log in, I look at the number of people viewing the page and it is only 1 or 2. This isn't normal and I'm wondering what's causing the drop in people. Over the past several weeks, I have seen it as high as 18 at any given time. So when I log on, I see 1 person, myself, and thats it, I have to be concerned.

I think I got the redirect page working, it now directs people back to the main homepage to get the forum.
Another thing im working on is the amount of spam that im receiving for new members signing up.
So if anyone is trying to get registered on this forum, please be patient.
As soon as I get the amount of spam down I will start allowing new members to the forum.
Right now im receiving about 80 new applications for new members/ per day.
ALL SPAM
I think its a spammer from China thats doing it.
I really wish that the 80 new applications was for real. hehehe

I had trouble a day or so ago getting the link to work, but did find it and update bookmarks. Good job on the transfer Schoppy, I would be totally lost in all this stuff. johnstone, as far as getting back to the main index, all I have to do is clik the main ISC banner in the top left corner and that kicks me back to the main posts section. So far, a nice update with a few new additions. Puffy

I finally found the right way to find the new forum after I came back about an hour or two later, so here I am! The site looks a lot different, Schoppy! ...........Paul Martin

Ok, I think I have a new Captcha installed and working.
I think that will take care of the spammers trying to register, at least the auto computer spammer registrations.
I hope the only ones that come through now will be real people wanting to register.
