Papa,
Please do not insinuate that the moderators are nazi's. That is a terrible idea. They are only doing what I asked them to do. That is put an end to this off topic discussion. Thank you.

Don, seriously - some slight digression is hardly a cause for concern and certainly does not harm your gathering of info and insight into diapers and incontinence. I will be sure to mention diapers and incontinence in every post I make from now on to please. I am sitting here in my wet cloth diaper with (oh no) blue plastic pants on. Personally I like to not think about how wet my diapers are or their color or how I am going to manage this day wearing diapers, cloth, disposable where am I going how long will I be out, what extra diapers do I take, will I have to change my diapers while out...it drives me nuts. A little off the subject of diapers helps me feel a little more "normal" but if people can't handle that - who am I to to wander from reality. Papa

Recently I flew out of O'hare in Chicago. 1st time in a long time that I have flown & had no incontinence problems then. When it was my turn I quietly told the agent that I have incontinence issues. Quietly he thanked me for letting him know about it and he was very quiet about it. I'm pretty sure nobody heard and there were a lot of people there. That was it. Nothing more. I think they have pretty much seen and heard it all and most if not all are trained to respect these things. It was all very seemless. Much worry about nothing on my part but there is nothing I could have done about it anyway. You cannot change what is so you either become a hermit or you live your life. Your choice

I agree Don0417. Whe I went through security at the airport, I didn't tell anyone from security that I had incon issues and was wearing a diaper. I figured I would wait and see how things went then if I need to tell them I was incon and wearing a diaper I would do so. I've been more embarressed since becoming incon,...... and one of the things I learned along the way is NOT to call attention to yourself if it's not necessary.

I have to think everyone needs to do whatever they feel is best for them but DON'T get upset if you find yourself in a situation that you need to tell security that your incon and wearing a diaper.

If people don't feel comfortable with that then don't fly.
Times changed when we encountered 911. Move on with life but be understanding that the security people at the airport are trying to do their part in providing a safe environment for the benefit of everyone.
