I had the penile implant some years ago since an external cath wouldn't stay on otherwise. Still ended up using diapers though as now I'm partly bowel incon. Wish I had a use for the implant as my wife decided about 10 years ago the sex wasn't for her anymore. She had a hysterectomy and then menopause and that pretty much killed any intimacy.
And,a s I remember there is an implant for the bowel also, but a fairly complicated procedure and you have to have a temporary colostomy (as I remember) so healing can take place.
