Hi Rog909,
I've got to jump in and clarify the Fetwear reference. There is Fetwear and Fetware. Both with the www and the dot com, ofcourse.
fetWEAR is the fettish site, of little or no interest to incons looking for waterproof underwear.
fetWARE is an incon site and yeah, they cater to the AB DL fetish but they offer a lot of stuff, including the good, No-Wick pants you referenced.
Now for my two cents, I think they are a little high priced. Some of that, IMO, stems from a feeling that the fetish folks will not look as hard at what they need to spend to enjoy their hobby, while we tend to be more pragmatic and want more for our dollar.
For my hard earned dollars, I will go with Gary pants....Plastic-Pants offers a huge array and yes, he also caters to the AB/DL folks with print pants and frills and colors but....he's got a huge variety of plain utilitarian plastic pants. The elastics are not wrapped with vinyl but instead the elastic is wrapped around the plastic edge, to provide a bare essence of cushioning, and which can wick but rarely will, especially if your change your diapers before they are soaked-which we should be doing, anyway! And if you must extend the wear time on a diaper and know it is going to reach the soaked state, then wicking at legs and waist can be stopped simply by tucking the elastic bands down into the diaper at the waist and up into the diaper at the legs.
Any of the Gary pants are cut very well to allow pleanty of room over bulky cloth diapers and all have great crotch width, so necessary to allow the tucking of the leg bands I am talking about.
An added bonus, the pants can be had in polyurethane (aka urethane) plastic which is totally unaffected by the oils in rash creams and skin emolients.
Now, Rog, you were a customer of, was it Fred? of Edley Enterprises in New Hampshire.....I've great memories of many years dealing with him and the real Lang pants. But, still, I will say I was happy to find Gary pants which offered the first really wide crotch for cloth diaper wear. But up until Gary came along, Fred used to say his Lang cut design offered the widest crotch in the market....which was true. I had plastic pants at that time with a 6" crotch in size large. My Kleinert pants had a 3" crotch. That was pathetic. When Gary came out with about a 12" crotch in a large pant, that was finally a pair of plastic pants made for cloth diapers! ahhhh, a bit of flashing back to what were NOT the "good old days"!
Happy St Pats day from this Irishman!
