CityGardener, as you are a millennial and I could be your grandfather, I think we have the demographics bracketed.

We also are "fortunate" to have a diversity of IC-related problems for which we have an amazing number of suggested solutions.

I've always found this site to be helpful. I was a lot more active here when I was new to IC and scared of what was happening with my health. This is really a community here. Indeed, many different types of folks, and reasons why they have to deal with IC. I've found much comfort in interacting with others here.
