I looked at those. According to the size chart I'd probably be able to wear them but it would be snug.

I went ahead and pulled the trigger on these and got the trunks and the board shorts. Ill report back when they come in and i get a chance to try them out.

I have not had a chance to try these swim trunks in the pool but I have to admit they do look promising. The board shorts fit well and the incontinence liner is made into the shorts exactly like the mesh lining in a regular pair of trunks. The liner is fully waterproof but it has no lining to soak up liquids so if you wet them, the urine will just pool up inside the liner but I would feel confident that it would not leak and I would have time to get set up by the pool or beach till I got into the water.
I have been using the Sosecure swim brief which has been working very well but I do have to adjust the back waist band frequently to make sure it is not showing.

Hmmm...is the liner like fabric-coated PUL or is it just like vinyl?
