Contacting administrators

I’m unable to PM administrators to ask about granting permissions to PM attachments to a friend. Right now, try as I might, I’m unable to attach a file to a PM. After doing a little research, it appears that it’s a permission issue that an administrator can grant (or not). Problem is I’m unable to PM an administrator to ask for the required permission…. The messages sit in my outbox for days.
Can anyone help?

I have tried to figure out way it is not allowing you to do this. I'll look again to see if I am missing something. Let me know if you received my PM.

Yes, I did.
When I tried PM to Schoppy and Sandy, the message remains in my outbox for days.
The root issue is the inability to attach files to a PM.

Your Message will show in your out box till the recipient opens and reads the message. I don't know where Schoppy has been but I saw him on social media a few weeks back so I do know is is ok. He probably gust needed a break is all. I still have access to the admin side and ill look at it but I'm thinking there is a big software update that needs to be done and I am not comfortable taking the site down to do it. My luck I would hose the whole thing.
