Plastic Vs pul pants

I've been trying out a layer of cotton between me and a diaper to beat the heat, and limit the bulk. I have some flannel ACD pull ons (that are surprisingly absorbent) that I put on first and then an Abena pad, size 10, then some boxer briefs and a PUL pants.

I think that is working OK. Not much added bulk compared to what I usually wear and the flannel in between takes care of the sweat. Much better than my first couple days outside this summer.

Oof. No rain; all heat. I'm content to be a homebody right now.
