So the SPC is going well. I’m able to time void every hour to have to empty my bladder using a flip flow valve. This has been getting better as I was only able to do 15 minutes at first then 30. I wear a Northshore go supreme pull up to catch those times that I don’t quite get it right. The pull up is working out well and it’s a nice break from tabbed diapers. My supplier sent me a case of attends pull ups and they are waaaaaaay too thin. Not gonna work.
