Coming from Northern Europe, Tena Slip is the product I have most used. It has its pros and cons as any diaper, but generally speaking I've liked them. For my needs the plus range (cloth backed) has usually been adequate. A good, snug fit with a high-enough waistline and actually a high level of discretion when concealed with snug underwear and trousers that have enough room at the groin-bottocks region - not something every all-in-one brief can manage. Comfortable too, haven't really experienced chafing and only had a leak once - and that was a bed incident - too much bladder pain to get up and reach the toilet in time. Happy I was wearing that night, though, as I expected something to happen.
However, the padding tends to clump over time as was said in the video and confirmed by mikey1966.
I am currently wearing something Tena calls "OTC Edition", whatever that means. They are sold here in Poland (and produced too) and they are readily available. However, I have noticed that about every 1 in 20 of those has a problem with the tabs: when first opening the tabs to wrap the product around the waist, one of the top-tabs tends to rip some of the cloth-material with it and becomes unusable. That SUCKS. If you inspect the tabs closely, you may be able to see the faulty tab and by carefully opeining it, prevent it from becoming unusable.
Thanks for your reviews. They are surely helpful to many people. However, I agree with Mikey that you could cut back the music and have voice-over instead of a wall of text.
