So neither my parents or I can afford to continue buying my diapers. I have DC Medicaid and they will cover what I assume are crappy plastic backed ones, booster pads, and disposable bed pads. I'm hoping to make these work with the booster pads. Not very hopeful but hoping to be pleasantly surprised.

So apparently with my Medicaid (QMB) they do not pay for incontinence supplies. So I'm going to bite the bullet and pay out of pocket and just try to cut expenses somewhere. I'm going to go with northshore supremes. I have enough betterdrys to last me through the month so next month I'll start my autoship order. Blah

Medicaid by law pays for incontinence supplies you'll need to figure out how to get it started most the time its just calling a DME company up and taking with them

Everyone I've talked to says incontinent supplies are not covered under QMB. I went through a supplier called sapphire medical and somehow they got it covered. I'll be getting tranquility atns, booster pads, chucks, barrier cream and wipes. I don't know how they did it but I'll go with it. The tranquility worked for me somewhat before so i think with a booster pad they will work fine. Relieved this got worked out even though it's not the diaper I prefer. I think it's just crazy Medicare doesn't pay for this stuff.
