When it comes to changing at home, I try to do so in the bathroom. Even if it's just urine. I try not to change in my wife and my bedroom. If I do so, I try to hurry before she walks in. I normally change behind the door using the wall method. If she does walk in, I don't panic, I just finish what I'm doing and carry on. I had surgery a couple years ago to repair an inguinal hernia. I got a hospital borne infection and was in severe pain for several weeks after the surgery. I was hospitalized for 5 days. I was changed by my wife and the nursing staff. Just slightly embarrassing. So she has seen me in a vulnerable state. I can't say I didn't feel infantile. I just felt bad that I couldn't take care of my own needs.
