42. Problems started at 38.

I am 38. I had low-level issues as a teenager that worsened throughout my twenties. I started wearing pull-ups when I was 29, but did not get a proper diagnosis until recently. (I have prostatitis).

47. No major issues until this started 2 years ago.

I'm going to look a bit old then... 67! Not that old, really,. However, due to MS, I have been wheelchair bound for 30 odd years and my problems change for time to time.

For a few years now I have been unable to pee and now use intermitant catheters to drain 4 or 5 times a day. (I have great capacity though - 800 - 1200mls).
