Welcome new friend!! I too have a PTSD diagnosis caused by not very nice terrorists!! Welcome to our woeful and unfortunate club... What else can I say but "ain't war hell?"

An interesting idea, the possible link of PTSD and incontinence. Mine was linked to my TBI, but maybe there was more to it? Meh, we will probably never know.

Thank you for all your responses It really helps! Sad to hear that you have met terrorists as well, Porkchop It's not a particularly fun club to be in, for sure! I'm just glad me and my gf made it out alive. I've been told to try to focus on the good parts (not that there are many)

I guess you could count me into the club too, sort of. Whilst my IC issues have been an ongoing thing, they did dramatically worsen when myself and family members were targeted and surrounded by members of a paramilitary group whilst overseas; both on foot and circling vehicles. I wont go into any more details but there was a moment when I truly believed that I might be shot.

The result this experience had on me, both immediately afterwards and an additional delayed wave of pain, has made my IC issues a LOT worse.

Nice to know there are others with similar stories to tell, thanks
