Thanks all for the recommendations and the concerns. Today was as normal as it could get. I traded some emails between my doc at the VA discussing what had happen yesterday. He recommended wearing a diaper inside a diaper. talk about extra bulk. I have had some close calls before but yesterday was just unnerving. I guess I am going to have to start the process of trying to get the VA to supply a better diaper. I am lucky to have an office with a pocket door to it so I can change in there. I did bring a change of clothes in to work today so they will be at the ready.

Just gotta get your doctor to write the prescription for your diaper for a specific brand and size. You'll need to know how it reads on the billing sheets, but if you know what you want there are plenty of other Vets here who can help. That was how I got my VA Pharmacy to supply the ConfiDry's.
