Hello,
Well the 3rd thing of diapers i recently ordered came today..after a bout of severe rash i gave in and ordered the restore brief..first thing I noticed is the company sent my order in a Keruig Coffe box! That gives new meaning to the term discreet packaging..my neigbors were now bugging me about making them coffee..they have no clue Ok, i have 2 complaints..one their shipping label is NOT discreet... it says right on it YourDiaper.com... also, of the two packages of restore briefs i ordered.. one was already opened..how did that happen i wonder??? No doubt i will report this to the company. None of the briefs look damaged or anything..but still.. if they promise to shape up their act i might consdier ordering from them again.. the only reason why i used them instead of XP medical is they were the only ones i knew of at the time that carried the restore brief.. But im not in a bad mood.. the whole coffee thing gave me a chuckle.. especially since i dont even drink coffee!

Update..i called them, they profoundly apologized and told me they would replace the open package, no questions asked kinda deal Now thats service
