Betmiga Mirabegron

My doctor has now prescribed Betmiga Mirabegron to try and stop my OAB.
Started it yesterday. Has anyone else had this medication? Any success/side effects?

I tried it before, it worked (more or less) but it was too expensive and not recommended as I suffer from high blood pressure due to my obesity. It makes urine smell very bad.

It was working, but shortly after starting it, I found myself easily confused and having memory blocks. Needless to say I had to stop taking it.
