Wed May 27, 2020 7:33 pm

Just found out yesterday that Northshore is discontinuing the Comfidry 24/7. They have a few in small left but once those are gone, that's it. XP medical still has them. I have no idea if the shipping stuff going on with China has anything to do with it but I can only assume

I have tried the NS Supremes and found the get hard when they get wet and seem to be better suited for people that flood or leak larger amounts all at once. The Comfidry, I like them because mostly the fit. I really like the cut for the back side and how it goes more down the backs of the legs. Also the absorbency is great.

Do you mean Northshore won't be making them, or selling/distributing them?

I assume you are talking about the DryCare Confidry 24/7 if so DryCare is the manufacturer and that product is made in the USA (originally they were manufactured in Isreal but moved the entire factory to the US many years ago)

Northshore is a retailer that sells the Confidry or I guess will soon no longer, but they are also competing in the manufacturing space I am sure there are several reasons why they may stop, the Confidry can be purchased many places they even have their own online store, https://www.dry247.com/

I went to the Dry Care home page. They show Amazon as their only retail source. I did find them available from Walmart's online store. In the past I have purchased the Confidry 24/7's through both Amazon and Walmart. Shipping has been free from both sources. They work well for me and cost a little less than similar products from NorthShore.

I had been using them until I received this email on April 1

I am reaching out to you today in regards to your auto-ship. Unfortunately, the ConfiDry 24/7 is being discontinued. ConfiDry has made changes to their product, these changes do not hold up to our standards. We will no longer carry them once our inventory is depleted. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. In its place, we would recommend the NorthShore MegaMax brief, as this is the most comparable product. It offers protection for up to 12 hours. Please let us know if you have any questions. We are always happy to help! Thank you for being a valued customer!

I have used ComfiDry Dry 24/7 for years and have a case on hand right now. This was my daily diaper as it is cost-effective and fits me well.

However, the quality of this diaper has gone down and there is more competition than previously. I suspect that NorthShore did not want it to detract from orders for its house-brand diapers.

I have been ordering the ConfiDry 24/7 from XP Medical for years using their auto-delivery program. I did try the MegaMax, and I recall that they were more costly than the 24/7s and I had some leakage issues.
