Does this go for wipes with barrier cream? My supplier insists this is the only type of wipes that Medicaid will cover.

As far as absorption performance goes when used without excess or (normal application) the creams did not affect performance, however, as we learned from some of the manufactures and our tests the active ingredient can cause the breakdown of the products.
