quick question for the Va types

After the Dr review my medical recorded she was very professional asking if her prescribing my supplies her me out at all only but she seemed more uneducated on the fed supply system on locating the diapers in the computer its almost like they need a incontinence nurse for doing this on site LOL

here is what they have in the system

she is suppose to be ordering me and sos seccure containment brief for Aqua Therapy she would order the supplies if the spine Dr ordered the 10 Weeks of PT in the Pool i am hoping to see this appear in the Va prescription system but she did say that prosthetic s handles the incontinence supplies

So a update had the Apt on 27th that took a month to get into and as of today i now have 2 cases of depends male guards " diaper inserts is what she said they would work for " 4 cases of pull-ups "that i didn't ask for in size xl and 4 cases of kendal diapers and 1 tub or barrier cream..  and all my weds are here except the new ones she started me on after the vampire report came back.

So ok i can do better at this... waiting to hear from PT they were ordering me a swim diaper as i now have Aquatic PT 2 times a week for back stabilization.

I will be emailing next week complaining about how bad the diapers leak in my bed and that we need washable bed pads and ask about wipes as she was suppose to get those and was distracted LOL
