How to solve the guy carrying a bag issue....Okay so years ago I was all about firearms. One thing for the guy that deal with daily issues that change in public is to get a shoulder bag from one of the gun bag manufactures such as 5.11, hazard 4 or, similar... you want one that would be used as a CCW bag. I use to carry one every were and no one ever asks what is in it because they know the answer.
This is the one I use to carry all the time.. Thought it could help someone..

I just carry a bike messenger bag with me everywhere. In a city like dc people carry bags with them everywhere so it's not uncommon.

I don't need to carry anything for the day... I just know that a pistol bag never gets questioned by Rent-A-Cop's (Which I Use to be) because they know exactly what they are for. When I need stuff during the day I carry a sling bag with enough stuff for the day... That bag looks tactical and even has a gun compartment in it and no one ever questions it.. I keep airsoft patches on it so it look kind of Millitary or police like... The point I was trying to make is that something like this may work for someone were taking a messenger bag around might get a head turn. No one lives their gun bag behind.

I guess it never occurred to me that carrying a bag would ever seem odd to anyone. I personally use a backpack, and keep a brief and wipes in a small black bag in it, so when I open it people dont see that stuff.

I was a security guard for over a year before leaving for college. Here in Florida most stores will watch you like a hawk if your I guy with a bag. Some places that do not have the security tag detectors will not let you bring a bag in if your a guy... I personal feel that that is discrimination as they would never stop a lady from bringing in her bag... But I understand their need to stop people from stealing and a backpack is a huge hiding place.

When I'm out and about, I keep my bag in my car. I only take it out when I need it to change.

My diaper bag used to be an old laptop/books bag which I also used for my laptop or back in college my books.
When I'm going to be out on a day long outing I just use a basic backpack.
I'm nit bowel incontinent, so most of the time now I don't even bother with a bag at all. I just keep a spare diaper or two in my car (which I'm usually never far from). When I need a change I just go to my car and grab a diaper. I then take it in hand to the nearest bathroom. Haven't had a problem (or even any odd stares) in the 10+ years of doing this.
