Issues with my Incontinence

Sat Jan 14, 2017 8:38 pm

Never know what or when what type of issue I am going to have with my bladder (unpredictable) been like this for years and annoying

- Sometimes leaky all day
- Sometimes hard to start voiding
- Sometimes issues emptying completely

Stream (as I'm a guy is weak) so easier and cleaner to sit while peeing

Been wearing pull ups since 2010 since currently wearing Molicare Mobile as the best pull up type I can find myself in Australia as never done a proper continence Assessment due to unable to speak about it to any one (if I had to speak to old GP about it I would email her my concerns but even that got too difficult years ago. .

But find issues with pull ups in general:- padding clumping up, chaffing, non snug fit even while wearing Tena Fix Stretch pants.

So had Cystosocpy plus right retrograde pyelogram done in late 2010 nothing was found sent for urodynamics in early 2011 could not find anything so no urological updates as nothing wrong with bladder was found and no consultation with urologist since then.

It sounds like you have a classic case of retention. Have you ever tried using intermittent catheters?

no as concerned as my hands are a bit shaky and my eye hand co ordination isn't the best either :(

Still might have to wear a pad still due to leakiness and sever sweating issues in that area???

Going to see my G.P (if she comes back as might be leaving like my previous G.P of 7 years :( ) to see what she thinks as she is different g.p then the one that left last year which I saw since before the bladder issues as thinking of seeking out a proper Continence Assessment as the one done in 2010 was just to get Australian Government Funding for the pads.

Also have numerous other disabilities/issues like:-Asperger's syndrome, numerous anxiety disorders, Compressed nerve l4l5 s1, oesteo arthritis though out spine, mild Thoracic Scoliocis, feet ligement issues, Bipolar
