is this a new type of zipper pant?

I was wondering if this is a new type of zipper pant?
It shows that its great for the incontinent person.

Lots of modified pants and dresses out there for mobility hampered adults, wheelchair and bed, most of the time they just cut the garment, and add velcro to the sides and back, and much cheaper too! Disabled clothing, being a specialty item, is $$$ Puffy
