Anyone use them? I know they're targeted for ABDL people and I have no interest in baby prints but I was looking at their all white version and wondering if they're worth a try. The look a little spendy but are they worth it? Anyone ever try?

From what I hear they are pretty absorbent and comfortable. But I feel they are kinda expensive.
I just stick with northshore. I have tried a couple abuniverse paws puppy printed diapers. Those were kinda funny. Lol. But my go to diapers are generally northshore

Yeah the price on the bambinos is kind of crazy. It looks like there SAP to pulp ratio is way in favor of SAP too. As a bedwetter, I need plenty of pulp to wick the urine. I've seen some reviews that the bambinos hold a lot but are slow to absorb.
I'm still kind of in between sizes on Abenas but I thought those were perfect. I'll stick with Seni's until I can lose some more weight. Maybe adding a bodystocking will help.

Mike,
Several of the people on this forum use them for their added absorbency. As they cost more, their use usually is reserved for occasions that require the extra absorbency, such as travel. The ISO absorbency rating for a Bambino Bellissimo is about 5,300 ml. During travel, a Bambino plus a booster pad will get you through the day without having to change. That is great for long airplane flights or to avoid having to change at public rest stops during car trips.

I use them when I need a little longer between changes than I can get from my normal ConfiDry 24/7s.

Bambino is my diaper of choice. True, they are a little pricey, but they are very absorbent requiring fewer changes, don't leak, and most of all very comfortable.

You do have to be really careful about their sizing though, or they absolutely will leak really bad.
First you have to understand their design with the tape panel also puts the lower tapes positioned closer to the middle (I call this the no lower tapes design).
The reason for this is that a lot of people would purposely wear a diaper that is one size too small. This has the benefit of not rising above your hips/pants line, as well as being more form fitting and less noticable. The problem with this though was the lower tapes would then cut into their legs, or kept ripping off. So Bambino raised the tapes up, and added the reinforced tape zone. There are other problems with this approach like always needing to point down, or not bending over too much unless you want a blowout, but they will otherwise work good this way.
However, when most people try wearing one of their diapers that is properly sized, this has the down side of leaving a full gap at the front and back of the legs. They are impossible to get a snug fit that will prevent leaking, and often will leak long before they even reach half capacity. Given their price and inability to hold as much as promised without leaking, it is very counterproductive to use them this way.
I personally believe a diaper needs to fit and work like a diaper is intended to, not like absorbent underwear. Their proven sales show a lot feel otherwise though.

Two more good points about the Bambino diapers are their very high internal standing leak guars and their very wide crotch.

This allows the use of a large booster pad and still leaves "gutter" space on either side between the booster pad and the internal standing leak guards. The height of the leak guards helps prevent a leak even the booster pad has expanded in height from absorbing pee. Some booster pads when saturated increase in height three or more times their dry height.

Interesting thanks for that. I can't see how that would work for me. I'm a heavy bedwetter and need a tight seal all the way around. I don't mind using booster pads but if there are any gaps I can't see the diaper working for me. Maybe I'll order a sample just to try.

ALWAYS order samples of any new diaper or size your are going to try for the first time. This could be just one to see if it fits about right, or one bag to test them out in varied situations. Don't ever get more than this with your first order though, or you could end up wasting a LOT of money.

Re Bambinos or any other super absorbent diaper, I recommend both reinforcing the tapes and using some means of supporting the diaper. When we wear these diapers it usually is because we are in a situation where we may use it until near the diaper's maximum absorbency. Actually, it makes little sense to pay the extra price for these diapers unless we are doing so.
The point of failure often is due to one of the tapes popping under the weight of the sagging diaper.

Take some pressure off of the tapes by wearing a onesie, diaper suspenders, or compression pants and also reinforce the tapes. You then should have a very reliable high-capacity diaper. Of course, I always wear PUL pants when away from home.
