Unethical/unprofessionl urologist

Thu Aug 18, 2016 1:09 pm

Dodged a bullet here...I almost booked with this guy for my very first appointment but ended up seeing someone else, just by chance. Anyway just thought I'd share.

This guy was reprimanded by the state medical board and his relationship with the hospital association was terminated. He now has his own practice and also works out of a different hospital run by another hospital management company.

What did he do? Well he took cell phone photos in the operating room of staff but the photos also showed patient's bare thigh He also mocked the patient's body while in surgery, joked about prison rape, and made sexually suggestive comments about the patient. Staff in the OR at the time reported him. Later, he told staff that when he retires he's going to come back to the hospital and shoot the place up with a machine gun.

This all happened back in 2006 or 08. I found a local newspaper article when I googled his name. SO glad I ended up booking with a different doctor. Behavior like that isn't something that stops....and even if he's not still making his jokes out loud, I think it's safe to assume he's judging everyone that comes before him. I cannot believe someone like this still has a medical license. All he got was an official "reprimand" which I confirmed on the state medical board's website.

Lesson I suppose is to DO YOUR RESEARCH or you could end up getting serviced by a real creep.

Hmmm. Interesting how it's okay for some people to "[judge] everyone...", but not for others. And I wouldn't be at all surprised that if he does "shoot the place up with a machine gun", the surviving victims and families sue the manufacturer of the machine gun, but not the cell phone maker and service provider....

what is the first part of your post supposed to mean?

A. I'm not a medical professional and thus swore no oath
B. I didn't judge anyone. I made a bad assumption that someone was ABDL due to their preference for kid's products
C. I F*CKING apologized for it
D. You're flat our being rude and acting like a child, carrying this shit into another thread. If you don't have anything of value to add to my posts then please just refrain.

Seriously, I'd expect A LOT more from a moderator. You're ridiculous.
