Hi just wondering as keep reading disposable diapers fit more snug the Pull ups is this the case as currently wearing Molicare mobile underwear with tena fix stretch pants to hold them in place?
If so I will be looking for something as discrete as what I am currently wearing with Velcro "tapes" so I can still use the toilet when needed as I will have to undo the tape as I have to sit to pee due to stream pressure issues if that makes sense.
As I live in Australia I will be ordering from either
http://store.independenceaustralia.com/ or
http://www.brightsky.com.au/BrightSkyPr ... continenceAnd noticed "all in one/brief/diapers are a lot cheaper then pull ups(one reason of thinking to change) unsure why.
I suffer from OAB/Urgency/unpredictable bladder so medical need and need something discrete and snug.
Also any recommendations on what to wear while working out at the gym?

Welcome to the group
Taped diapers do indeed get better then pullups and when wearing the correct size premium diaper you have less leaks. Wearing underwear over your diaper then plastic pants also help to contain slight leaks and keep your diaper snug.
I would recommend looking at thicker premium diapers like Dry 24/7's more so then thinner diapers as no one can tell your wearing a diaper so you might as well have better protection and have to change less.
Have you seen an urologist yet get checked out properly to make sure your Bladder issue is not caused by somthing serious if not you should make an appointment as soon as possiable.
With tapped diapers you can most times re tape once by using the secondary part of the tape but they are not realy designed to be removed and put back on multiple times.
You will get s lot of great support and advice form the members of this site as we all suffer medical issues that require either meds or diapers to deal with bladder issues. We are not in diapers by choice but by necessity since we have to wear we might as well wear the best protection we can.

The best you will be able to get from those sites will be the molicare supers. They are plastic backed, and can handle multiple floodings from urges pretty well without leaking. Be warned they are purple though, but they do work really good for their price.
I also wear pul pants over my diapers which will help you to notice and catch leaks before they get your pants wet. Plus, like underwear they will cut down on any noise concerns too.
For the gym, go ahead and change into a pullup for here then change back into a taped on diaper for afterwards.

Thanks my issue is due to an injury to the l4l5s1 area not under an Urologist care as "nothing wrong" with the bladder determined by the last Urologist which was a Professor

Can you get tena flex over there,?
http://www.tena.co.uk/looking-after-lov ... flex-maxi/It has a belt that you Velcro around your waist, and then the pad area comes between your legs and you Velcro it at the front. The only problem is that the leg area isn't as sealed as with a slip/diaper style. It is however comparable to or a little better than the molicare mobile pull ups.

Try to not let that urologist get to you. My incontinence was eventually "inferred" to most likely been caused by spinal shock and bruising at my l5-s1 as well. (As discovered when I herniated the l5 and an mri proved pre-existing scarring). Of course, this was also more than a decade after a bunch of urologists telling me there was nothing wrong with my bladder and absolutely no reason why I should have been experiencing my problems back then.
I understand the frustration you're probably dealing with right now, as you're not alone in going through it all. For me, it came down to firing one urologist after another until I -finally- found one that wasn't incompetent and knew what he was doing well enough to understand what was going on with me. Unfortunately it sounds like you may need to do the same thing and try to find a better urologist your self.
