I know there are several sources where t-shirt type onesies-body stockings can be purchased, but I'm looking for a source for a Polo type shirt onesie.
Does anybody know of a source?

I'm not positive, but I think KINS, aka Babykins might sell them, you might also try looking at Fetware website they might also sell them. You can find both places by doing a Google search for the name of each company. I bought a few of these polo style shirts about a year ago, and purchased them from a company known as Adaptive Clothing. You can Google this company as well for their website. If you want to research different companies that sell these shirts I would recommend you do a Google search for companies that make, and/or sell adaptive clothing for the handicapped. I don't know if you will have any success looking on eBay, but that might be another place you might want to look. Many companies sell their "new" products on eBay, so looking on eBay for a new, or used polo style shirts made for those with disabilities might also be found on eBay.
Hope this this helps.

Thanks for the information.
I'll check out a few of these ans see if they have something in a non T-Shirt type of Onesie, of which I do have a couple.
There are times when I'd prefer to not wear a T-Shirt under my top shirt, so that's why I'm looking.

My wife bought me a bunch of Greg Norman golf shirts and the torso fit is quite long. I think it's Greg Norman, as I have one on now, and it has a shark emblem sewn over the left pocket position. They are a good option for me when at work. Collar, but not too casual. Maybe I will talk her into sewing a snap crotch onto them some day.

Sadly, my wife and I have limited sewing abilities.... like, they stopped at the add duct tape phase!!
