I was going to see a urologist (who I wasn't too happy about seeing, but it was the first available appointment) on the 12th.
I called the drs office of the woman who I wanted to see and at first the receptionist said "you have an appointment with the other dr already and this doctors first available appointment isn't until April"
I said "well I'm transgender and I don't really feel comfortable with this other doc"
And she said "hold on...." And after a few minutes came back and said "how about march 5th at 2pm?"
I could have reached through the phone and hugged her!
