Good morning all! Just a quick note to those of you that are urinary incontinent & diabetic. If your Dr prescribes Invokana for diabetic control make sure you tell him/her that you are incontinent. The drug causes a lot of sugar to be passed and there is a higher possibility of UTI's. You also pee a lot more. I'm on it and the Dr is watching me very closely. The medication does work very well though. Thanks!

I am diabetic and incontinent. Fortunately I haven't had any problems with any diabetic medicationI take though the vesicare I take to try and control my incontinence does have side effects. I have to admit I rarely take it now and just rely on nappies to combat the problem.
