Hi all: I've been spelunking around for a while and it's time to come out and say "thank you all". I've gotten a lot of good info from you all about what to do and not do as I deal with my problem!
Basically, I had a surgery nearly 10 years ago. They had to cath me (standard protocol). That caused a trauma to the sphincter muscle and things haven't been the same since. The incontinence would come and go; nothing major. But this year, I had to endure 2 major surgeries and 2 minor ones; cath'd on all but one as that is "standard procedure". Well, now the flood gates are opened.
Trying to decide how to best deal with my new dilemma is not easy. But all the discussions, Q&A's, etc. here have made life a "wee"
bit easier to deal with. << Sorry for the pun; but I need a little humor to deal with this waterfall >>.
BTW ... I've been trying a number of different solutions to contain the flow. Once I settle on a specific brand/solution I'll post my findings. I might as well contribute and try to help someone else.
