Unfortunately I have to say I was recently cheated by this company. I ordered a case of their briefs a month ago, and after receiving them I found out that the first bag I opened had hundreds of tiny holes in the plastic cover due to poor manufacturing. I reached out to the company the next day and sent photo's of the small holes all over the outside of the brief. I received an email a day later apologizing for the defects and that they would replace the defective product. In the email they asked how many needed to be replaced. I then opened the remaining packs to find that they all had the same issue. I emailed them back the same day and never heard back from them. I gave it a week thinking that since they asked what needed replaced that they had sent a replacement case. After a week of waiting I emailed them again. This time it took several days for them to respond. This time they now said they were going to send me a UPS return label. I responded that I would be happy to send the product back and let them know that per their questions the product was opened and not sealed. Again several days go by with no response. I then ask them where this return label is, they finally answering a day later and say they can resend the UPS label and will credit me for any unopened products. I emailed them how shocked and disgusted I am that they first apologized and took responsibility for the defective product. And then did a complete 180 and determined they did not want to stand behind their product. I even sent them a video showing them what happened anytime their product came in contact with moisture. I have to say, I am on a fixed income with small amounts of extra money left after paying my buying mymedications and health supplies. I hope that no one else gets cheated with their inferior quality, and that they must have realized that the whole product line has manufacturer flaws and will continue to cheat those the purchase from them. If anyone would like, I will post the pictures and email correspondence.

Please be careful,

Craig Brown

Sounds like you need to call your credit card company and issue a chargeback or if you used a debit card, call your bank and they should have options of you. Visa, Mastercard and all major cards have protections in place for instances like this.

I personally have never bought from them, sad to hear a story like this, and at the same time very surprising as with the way the economy is, you would figure that companies would go out of their way to satisfy any customer problems, not brush them off and make it worse... that is how a bad reputation gets built... look how many co's have gone under in the last 10 years, you would figure theirs would learn, guess not! :o Puffy

Thank you for the advice. I reached out to my credit card company to dispute he charges. I think it should be an easy win for me since I have the first email accepting the fact that they were defective. I very much agree, I had read up on the company's prior feedback. But after reading a large number of comments I have noticed they are getting more disappointed ratings. I wish them no bad fortune, but feel their reputation could easily go down hill and begin hurting their sales badly. As proud as they are towards their product, I was sure I would have no difficulty getting a replacement product. It seems to me, they were still getting the sale and would honor their happiness guarantee. All I say is buyer beware, the product is made in another country and they might have lost control of the quality. I know dry 24/7 brand decided to bring their operation to the states to better control cost and quality. As soon as they are back in stock, I plan on sticking to their product for all my purchases.

I had a very similar problems with the pin holes and I both called and contacted them on there FaceBook and I was given the same BS answer. They did tell me that all the new "batches" have been manufactured and they no longer have the pin holes. I get my supplies through the VA and I requested a refill so I'll see if that is true.

Well, all I can say is I can not in good confidence ever buy from them again. I am surprised to say the least. I will continue to do a lot of research on a company before trying a new brand again.

I must say that the case the VA just sent me all seem to leak. To bad because they had so much potential!

The only 2 cases I have gotten from them had the outer shell cutting die in backwards during manufacturing. The leg openings faced toward the back when folded in half front to back. The tapes and padding were the same orientation so I know it was the cutting die that was in the machine backwards when that batch was manufactured. The first case was a purchase. The second case was the replacement. Both were from the same run in the factory. Both had all the same defect with all of the diapers.

Maybe it would have worked if my pelvis faced backwards.

I send them several very detailed photos of the problem. After the second defective case they quit responding. I offered to send both cases back to them but they said it was not needed. I send a couple samples back but I don't know if they got them since I have not heard anything else on the matter.

Hopefully they can get their issues resolved. Their product does have some very good potential, but my money won't be going their way anymore since the VA has stepped up and is sending me better products than Depends.

I've had nothing but bad experiences with unique wellness. The last batch I ordered must have been defective, because every single diaper would rip in the back. I figured I was putting them on too tight, so I loosed them up and they still ripped. I figured I was moving around too much. But then I moved across the country, and was sitting in a moving van for 16 hours and it STILL ripped!!!!

I've had it rip in 5 different areas at its worst!!!! I've had it leak after one (albeit large) wetting, even though the diaper was only about 20% full, and hadn't ripped (yet). I called the company and complained and they sent me another case. This case didn't rip (except on 2 occasions) but there must have been those microscopic holes in it because the outside of the diaper would be totally wet.

Not to mention, I feel that the comfort while wet leaves much to be "desired." After a second wetting, I would feel cold and clammy.

With this diaper, plastic pants are a must.

On the plus side, they have the best packaging bar none (sarcasm)

I blame this company for making me a recluse. When I first starting having incontinence, I was clueless and didn't know about this site, and after wearing what I thought was a premium diaper and having accidents and leaks in public, I didn't leave home until I found a better product.

I think this company has the right idea though and a good product, they just need a good quality assurance manager

I FULLY agree!

I got not one, but two cases that the cutting die used to stamp the diaper shape was backwards in relation to the padding and tapes. The first one I got when I needed more diapers. The second case was the replacement for the first defective case. Perfect if you hips rotate backwards like an insect. Now I have 2 full cases of useless diapers.

I have not, nor will I ever buy from them again!
