I sometimes feel a little alone being female. It very often goes into a discussion on catheters and prostate.
Where are the fistulas, the worry about infections in the female parts, or how to feel female wearing protection..
I do miss a little girl talk.

Hello, optimist! I get where you're coming from and I'm here for you. I've had daytime urge incon (sudden onset with no pregnancies) and adult night wetting episodes since my mid-20s. Both conditions were minor but got worse after I had a stroke in 2011. I'm a paralegal, and my husband and I do a lot of camping and other outdoor activities. I've had a couple of recent bumps in the road as to adequacy of protection, but I got some valuable input from members here. In addition, I began a Kegel regimen in early August of last year, and I haven't had a daytime urge accident in months (I also take advantage of restroom opportunities whenever they're available). It's great to meet you. As you likely already know, this forum is fabulous - lots of good people here.

Wetters

P.S. We can also PM if you're uncomfortable discussing something in a forum context.
