I got some samples from DMES.com (which I would recommend to anyone looking to try out new brands and makes of diapers) and I have to say I didn't like the Abena Abri-form Premium Air Plus M4. It was absorbent enough but the padding was very inflexible and didn't really give. Most diapers I have used tend to conform to the shape of my body, and this one just didn't give. It was uncomfortable to sleep in. I just wonder, not having tried any other Abenas, if the padding in all their products are like this. |

My primary reasons for not liking the Abena Air Plus have to do with the clothlike outer shell. 1: It stretches out after a while, and the diaper sags. 2: It is too "breathable". air in, air out. But what comes out is a really bad smell when the product is wet. If I can smell it I know others can too, that's not good. 3: The "breathable" cover also seeps moisture, which means the diaper feels damp on the outside once it has been used. I much prefer the traditional plastic backed Abenas... they don't have any of those problems. |

I do like the plastic backed M4s haven't tried the cloth backed. I prefer the plastic backed over the cloth backed hands down in other brands. |
