I haven’t been on the boards for a while either I am sorry you were diagnosed with neuropathy that is a bummer. Having more than one type of neuropathy is command in fact I have CIDP which covers peripheral and autonomic plus others.

I hope your doctor goes after it with a vengeance there is no cure but it can be slowed down and even put into remission.
When I was diagnosed with it my doctor wanted to wait and see but my wife kept needling him and finally he said that IVIg may help but it is expensive. I am very lucky I have good insurance which has covered the medical bills.
Yes even the long hall IVIg has been a life saver. I have been on it 20yrs and still living and able to enjoy my grandchildren.
I am not perfect I have a lot of pain which I take meds that help and my bladder went into retention making me in need of a Foley catheter.

I wish you all the best neuropathy is not a fun problem to have.
