I order diapers online. When I ran out I had to struggle for a day or so. I put underpads in my pants to act like diapers. Then I got the shipment later

Most people make sure not to run out. Order far enough in advance for disposables, wash a day before they run out for cloth, run to the store in a worst case scenario.
