Sometimes I go a lot at once, but most of the time I only go a little bit at a time. But my brain is not telling me I need to go. I have some nerve damage. At least my kidneys are working. I am under a Urologist's care. |

Hello Diaperdan, Your type of incon does not appear too unusual - even though in your case, there may be some nerve damage that accounts for what may be irregular flow. But most of us have some type of irregularities - often night vs. daytime that means we have to diaper ourselves heavily for day or nght even though later the flow may have diminished to just a trickle. It probably means that we have to err on the side of overprotection - a heavier than usual diaper - often "just in case". This is possible with cloth, as we can add layers. With disposables, it means more frequent changes - often at inconvenient times. |
