I am considering traveling with a few friends, two women and a man, for a week in Vermont. We hope to stay in an AirBnB. My anxiety raises significantly when these opportunities arise due to my incontinence issues. I have, in fact, declined a few invitations for this reason. The male individual that will be traveling with us knows of my incontinence and need to wear diapers. I'm not sure if the women know. My question is, should I inform them of my incontinence, or take my chances. Obviously, I will need to take more luggage which can also lead to some embarrassment. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

I think you are the one best situated to answer that question. But if I was put in that situation, I think I would only mention it if the need arises. I do think that women are more understanding about IC issues.

I agree with Wayne,,, Only you will know the answer to that question, How close of friends are they? The male knows and doesn't seem to think anything of it. I am in no way trying to tell you what to say but as I have gotten older (older, older and older) I have started just to own it,,, I wear glasses and that doesn't seem to bother anybody so if somebody doesn't like me cause I have to wear a diapers then I don't think they would be on a mature level that I thought they were.
