I mostly use confidry24/7, large, and purchase them from xpmedical.com.

My backup diaper is northshore supreme, large, bought directly from northshore.

I find both of these diapers perform extremely well with maybe 1 out of 50 or 100 ever failing me or majorly leaking. They are very reliable diapers, fit extremely well, and given how long each diaper lasts they tend to be among the cheapest out there on a per-day basis.
