I've been taking advantage of some Wendy's Spicy Chicken Combo coupons for the last week or so. I read somewhere that spicy food can have undesirable effects on your fecal business end. After eating my combo today, I felt a very urgent need to get back to the office to deal with the "coming wrath". This isn't the first time, either.

So I've concluded, they're right! I've got to give this up. That's disappointing as a diabetic, as I have already given up so much in foods that I like.
